No communication.

The items I received were not the ones I ordered. I called to see if the items were available and was told, very rudely, that the item they shipped was all that was available and the picture was wrong. Very disappointing.

I placed my online order on July 2nd. When I tried to check the status of my order on the 6th, it was unable to be verified, so I called the number provided on the website. 1st call, no answer. 2nd call, no answer. 3rd call answered by someone who barely spoke English but assured me that my order "has will be shipped tomorrow or two days." Ten days after I placed my order, on July 12th, I got an email to let me know that my order was (finally) on it's way. The order was correct when it arrived, but the whole process took way too long.

Ridiculously long ship times. Good price, but will not order from again because of the delay.

Two stars because product not delivery yet after two weeks, estimate delivery to be in another two days. No procuct yet, Long ship process from Califorina to Texas. I am a new customer, my first order. So its shipping estimated to take 14 business days.

This company is not customer oriented. There responses to emails sent are inferior and not complete. They leave you wondering whether or not your order is complete. Follow through not precise. Unlike amazon, where you get a completed order immediately. I must say I’ve been messing around with them now into two weeks for 12 bottles of soap I really like and need. But find myself wondering whether I will ever get the order. I hope my order makes it to me. Someday????

It still isn't here. Every day it moves to a new location and stays there for a day. Seven (7) days to get from Hayward Calif. to New York City??? U. S. Mail would have been more swift.

I placed and order without realizing how long the shipping would take. I never received any email confirmation or tracking on the order so I was a bit blind. However my order was just some cosmetics and it came out to such a good price so it wasn’t a big deal. Anyway got my package after about two weeks, and one item was missing. The invoice had handwritten notes all over, and check marks next to the items, obviously showing what had been packed and what hadn’t. The item missing had no check. So quality assurance must have missed it. Called the customer service number and spoke to a man who said it was in the box. When I assured him it wasn’t, he offered a replacement. I asked if I would receive an email for that as I had not gotten the first one. He said yes. Never got one. I have also never received the replacement item nor a refund. Tried to call back customer service and was on hold for 20 mins, spoke to someone very briefly who then put me back on hold only to get hung up on. So not a very good experience as a customer. Products however are fantastic. Might think twice before ordering from them again though.
