Why there is so much hate?
I'm not sure why there is so much hate for this supplements vendor. I'm living in Cyprus and my order arrived just fine. Not only I got what I ordered their prices are also very low compared to other vendors. I use coupon EXTRA5 and I get 5% discount sitewide as well. Overall, I'm happy.

Delivery after 2 weeks, all ok.
After reading these reviews after ordering I was a little fearful. Indeed I didn't receive any information about my package for a couple of days, but then suddenly an email it was sent. A couple of days later it arrived neatly on my doorstep. So yeah, not a lot of information from herbspro, but my package was delivered after maybe 2 weeks.

They delivered! Quick and accurate
So, I bought a ton of shampoos and conditioners.... then afterward, read the reviews. Thought I will just rest in faith... and it was awesome. Bought on a Friday, they shipped FedEx Monday, received tracking info Monday, and it all arrived today, Wednesday. The order is correct.all bottles are sealed properly, so there's no tampering with the product. Dont know what their issues were in the past, but they obviously are trying to do a good job. I normally buy off of vitacost, but even they don't ship as fast as herbspro did. Thank you... like I said, all the reviews made me nervous at first... but, absolutely no regrets with my order

Scam? NO THEY ARE NOT
I ordered form Herbs Pro and a week later had not gotten a shipping email so went online to see if they were a scam. Was concerned after reading reviews they were but they had not taken payment so I didn’t stop payment and ordered my product need elsewhere thinking I wouldn’t hear from Herb Pro. I was WRONG. They sent my product and charged me when they shipped and not before. Beautifully packaged and exactly what I ordered for a GREAT PRICE. Im in Florida and they are located in California so that has to do with shipping length. I will order from them again. I think they handled my order professionally and efficiently..let’s give some mercy to legit businesses in times like these y’all.

Good experience.
After I had already ordered, I came here and panicked after reading all the negative reviews, but they delivered my product as ordered and trackable by USPS. One of the reviews even states there is no 1817 Addison Way in Hayward. FALSE. Anyone can look in Google Maps and see it. It did take a few days to process my order and have the invoice info online. The first time they sent me a link to the order status, I looked it up and got a 404 page oops.
