I have been from from this company, for over 2 years I always got my order. The last order I had to ring them and ask them where was my order as I had paid for postage. They were like oh there's people out sick we'll give you more stuff instead. I'm like no I want my order I paid for it I want nothing free from you. Again I take my order on the 19th of August paid for postage absolutely no update on tracking, two emails no response, I don't know what the story is but they are beginning to get very poor and I'm sick of it and I'm going to make a complaint about my rights you can take money off people and tell them you're going to deliver a product and then not honor it your service is gone crappy if you can't deliver why don't you stop business altogether because you're not capable.

Ich kriege seit Monaten Rechnungsanforderungen über Paypal. Ich hatte vor langer Zeit einmal dort bestellt. Der Kundendienst sagt mir nur immer es sei keine Forderung von ihnen offen. Aber das Problem mit Paypal klären…keine Chance. Da die Forderung durch Herbaltea falsch ausgelöst wird, kann ich das nicht selbst klären. Sooo ärgerlich. Unfähige Firma Mittlerweile konnten sie das Problem lösen. dauerte aber Monate und unzählige Mails und Nerven meinerseits!

Place in order in 5/1/23 for 3 bottles of Mullein drops and till today as 6/7/23 with no shipping or confirmation nothing. I have trying to email to them multi occasion but got nothing back. Bad company and scams. They can have my $ 154 .

Total scam! Order one bag of tea for 50 bucks, get seven and get charged another 300 bucks and never hear a thing back from the company, even after repeated tries to arrange a return and refund. They won't call back or return email messages, even from their Contact Us form. Don't fall for the same thing I did. This is a horrible business plan, obviously...
