Herbalempire.com is definitely legit. I've ordered numerous times. Packages have always arrived on time with a very decent product. I personally prefer the streetmade with illegal chems but these guys have pretty potent stuff and are totally legit.

Their customer support is horrible, I agree, but the product is great, and always ari e when it's supposed to. I'm glad they finally got our product in.

I have dealt with herbal empire with numerous orders and the only time I've ever had a problem they immediately fixed it, which is 1 way to tell if a company is trustworthy. We all make errors, but it's how we handle them them that matters and they promptly made it right. The only area for improvement would be that it seems that it takes longer than it should to get the order shipped to me and also having to get a money order is not very convenient at all. Debit cards or cash app.
