I’m not gonna lie. I was told about this site by someone and instead of looking for reviews I just went with it. SO FAR…big mistake!(not really big, $350 nonetheless) The communication was great until the money was sent. And I’ve been checking the mailbox since. Like others there has been no response or anything. I’ll clean this up for sure if anything changes. Until then, I got to respect the game. THEY GOT ME!

Ordered a month ago, haven't received anything still, no customer service, no help. They just bullshitted, only thing they let me know was they received my money and that's it, two weeks later said I should receive on Friday, two weeks later still nothing. Scammed me for 425$. Their cash app is $joedirt29, don't waste time and money like I did.

Fraud, scam stay far away from these ppl. They change there numbers online and on what’s app. I paid $235 and then got a txt that I would have to pay another $200 for a “shipping insurance” and I would get 90% back, it was such bs. There’s a legit site but this is NOT it.

Total Scam site. They use cash app only as payment even though their website has a credit/debit card option which fails repeatedly on purpose so that you have no option but to Cash App them payment. So then after that they send you an email and say that they sent your package, then they try to seem legit by giving you a tracking number from a Scam "shipping service site", so now you think your package is on the way right, because you have this tracking number and it makes it all look REAL, but hold on... Then right before the package is delivered to you, you get a text that says the (scam) shipping company now needs $200.00 for "shipping insurance", I refused to pay that, then I got a text from the scam shipping site that says that they "Must open the package to inspect what's inside", they hold your package randsome (they never shipped it to begin with) and threaten legal action if you don't comply. This is their Scare Tactic to making you think you are gonna get into legal trouble. Just block their number at that point and Do Not ever tell anyone what your package may have had in it. So story is: Herbal Empire kept my money, I made sure I only ordered a small purchase to test them out and my instincts were NOT wrong. Save yourself your money and don't buy from these Scammers. Don't fall for their threats either, they are all false claims.
