We needed certain tests for an IVF cycle we were beginning at short notice. Hera was invaluable in locating the right lab to work work, guiding us through the process, and working with the lab to ensure we received the results in time. Quick and easy support between requesting the loan and getting the payment coordinated to our clinic. The payments to the associated bank have been very seamless and straightforward as well. The optional nurse support was nice although I already was covered with a thorough clinic. I would imagine this would be an added value for a busy numbers clinic like CNY where you might not get as much individual attention. If we need to go through this again in a few years we would use Hera Fertility again!
