Never received my order, ceiling light projector. Told to check nearby houses and friends and family for delivery. It was never delivered. I paid the extra for shipping insurance but this was a waste of money as well. Asked for a refund many times, no response. DO NOT DO BUSSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Note their website does not exist. I wonder if the product even exists. Getting ready to reverse the charges with VISA. Remember you can do this if they don’t send what is promised or in my case deliver as promised. So far my product, a projection system for the ceiling, never arrived. Father’s Day came and went without a gift. They said it arrived but it did not. Neighbors did not receive. I did not receive. An insured item, I am unable to file a claim and they tell me they are unable to do so. They took my money for safe arrival and did not deliver.

The projector is very hard to turn on. I'm not sure if it is defective or just poorly made. It takes minutes of messing around to get it to actually turn on.

In retrospect, I now question the value of something that contains such valuable items could, potentially, be so vulnerable to house-breakers, knowing the fact of yu device, could so readily identify it, and remove it for breaking into it with the assistance of experts (Regrettably, my baddie for not considering this before committing to its purchase!).

My item has been "in transit" for over two months and I advise not ever doing business with this company

No issues with product quality what so ever, but very slow delivery, likely due to multiple international bureaucracies involved. Purchased 5/6/26, delivered 5/30/26 from Ireland via NJ.

Similar to other posts, purchased an electric circuit breaker scanner detector that has been shipping for 5 weeks. Customs delays, etc and the shipping logistics tracker looks shady and fake. Company sent an invoice for product and shipping at $44.98 and then charged my card an additional $40.99. Email exchanges claim they’ll rush shipping and no refunds, etc. Credit card quickly resolved the matter as fraud. Don’t order from here. You’ll be sorry.

Scam company that tried to double bill me by charging 60% sale tax. They first tried to deny it. I told them to cancel my order and refund my money. They gave me a $6.50 credit (30% refund) and shipped the product which has been stuvk in Ireland for almost 3 weeks (or at least that's their story). Avoid the headache and don't order. I see I'm not the only one with issues with them
