You Won't Get What You Ordered - Beware
They advertised an Advent Calendar containing 3D Campervans. I received an Advent Calendar containing flimsy 2D Campervan Christmas Tree decorations about a centimetre in height, and the string to tie them to the tree! Their website for this article showed all 3D photos of this product. People holding the campervans and someone holding an object to show you the height of the campervans. The boxes of both products were different shapes, the 3D was a square box, and the other was a rectangle. Clearly, I expected 3D Campervans as per their website. When I complained, they offered me a few dollars USD as compensation. I rejected this, I wanted the product I purchased. They offered a few dollars more. I rejected it. Finally, they offered more and said I had received what I had ordered!, I have taken this to PAYPAL. They offered a few more dollars. I rejected it - a full refund or send me what I had purchased. At this point, they will give me a refund if I send the flimsy Tree decorations back and they are received in the original packaging and good condition etc. I have asked for the product I ordered. Would you trust this company to refund the money in full when they have received the returned item? Why should I be out of pocket with the cost of return postage because of them? They clearly never had the product they advertised, and I believe that because Australia is so far from China, and they don't want the hassle, people will take the compensation. The problem is that I have seen the product I want sold by other companies, but I am too afraid to purchase it in case I have the same problem. Companies like Henaceforth give all the other honest, ethical companies a bad name. They clearly either made an error in sending out the wrong product, or they are trying to rip people off. They should own up and rectify the situation without giving their customers so much grief,
