I bought Hena for my girlfriend and she loves it. It’s a very good product and I recommend it to anyone searching for reviews online. Shipping was a bit slower than normal with USPS but this is normal during a pandemic.

ZERO STARTS!!!! On 10 May 2020, product was ordered. Paid extra for USA Insured Shipping With Tracking (5-10 Days). Was supposedly delivered on 30 June 2020, according to the tracking number. After weeks of emailing the Hena company, the USPS checking their facility, and trying to contact Jacksonville, FL facility, I finally was about to get a print out from the Midway, GA Post Master, according to their system was sent back to Jacksonville, FL on 7 July and left 2302 that same day For return to sender. I sent the company proof with times and dates on the print out. The Post Master even days she would write a letter stating that the package was not delivered and was sent back to Jacksonville. I just want a refund. The company won’t even check to see if they had the package at their facility. I just want a refund. This product and customer service is not worth this.

8 weeks in, amazing results. This is my 8 week mark, and since I might have to shave my arms and legs once a week MAYBE twice at most. My armpits are taking a little slower to see a change, but I do want to say that the hair growth is slower. Really happy with this purchase. Great customer service and got my package in 6 days. P.S. I read some bad reviews below and noticed it was all because of delayed shipping times during COVID. Better to read HENA reviews on their website or Amazon.

They deserve a 0 rating. I received my product but can't use it for skin related issues. However every time I try to contact them, I get nothing back in return. Nothing at all!!!! I have tried emailing and calling them for a week now. This is a total SCAM!!!!

If I could give 0 I would. They never ship product nor answer for refund!!! Now to figure out how I get my money back!!

I HATE HENA! BEWARE, FRAUD! I was charged and never received product. It has been 6 weeks. They do not respond to emails or calls. DO NOT BUY, IT IS A SCAM!

Beware! Do not purchase this product! They are fraudulent. First of all, the product does not work and I am supposed to be the ideal candidate for this type of of hair removal. Secondly, perhaps if the video link on how to get started worked, and if they would call or email back to respond to the broken link, I would have better success? Lastly, their customer service does not exist beyond sending an automated message saying they will respond in 24 hours, which they never did. I am reporting to the BBB!

I purchased this product and they were quick to take the money. It has been 1 month and still no product. The phone number on the site does not work, it says to go onto blog...which DOES NOT EXIST. When I email I get an automated response that someone will be contacting me and so far its been a roller coaster ride. I am disgusted at this point and want to cancel this order as it still has not shipped according to the tracking number I was provided. This is unacceptable and misleading to the customer. Only to go to the BBB site to find out I am not the only one complaining. This has to stop. I am contacting bank to report as fraud and reporting this company to BBB.
