Price was very ok for the high quality…
Price was very ok for the high quality strap and free shipping however delivery took forever and they didn’t update customer with tracking details and ignored all of my attempt to reach them via their build in contact us form in their website. I had to escalate case to paypal after 3 weeks of waiting for them to reply and gave me my tracking details

Sir, Sorry for the inconvenience. The "contact us "form do work for other customer, I don't know why it didnt work for you, and I did send you an email that we complete the shipment of your order and we also did it to every customer, you can also contact us via that email. Anyway, sorry to make you worried, wish you can choose us in the future.
