I ordered Hempz Gardenia lotion from Amazon. Not only was it open with about 1/4 of the contents spilled onto other items in the package but the fragrance is not even close to gardenias. It smells more like cherry blossoms which is absolutely putrid. I'm returning the lotion exactly the way it was packaged. For the record, I LOVE Hempz Exotic Green Tea and Asian Pear lotion as well as the Original Hempz and the Age Defying. All other fragrances I've tried either smell like sugar cookies (overpowering) or like cherry blossoms no matter the scent described on the bottle. Any time I wanted to try a new Hempz lotion, it's always been disappointing, so I'll stick with the ones I like and not try another.

I am a loyal customer ever since I found Hempz! Their customer service is absolutely AMAZING! And I Love all the products I get regularly! I tried a new lotion recently and for the first time ever I did not care for the scent. It was no problem at all! Hempz is sending a replacement I picked (I don’t even have to return the one I don’t like) and they also added a free body wash to my order! 😊 🥰😌 so please if you’re thinking about trying something new, just try it chances are that you’ll absolutely LOVE IT and if not they will help you resolve any issue you may have! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE HEMPZ!!!

Yes I spent $30 on that bottle of hemptz fresh fusions hips sweet banana cream herbal body moisturizer limited edition and white orchard limited edition lotion 17 full ounce bottle it broke me out burned my skin it was an awful product I had such an allergic reaction to it I just want my money back I spent $30 for this bottle my address is 435 Hull Circle Gallatin Tennessee 37066 my name is Glenn woods the code on the bottle is 76280-04491 thank you very much

Love this moisturizer. Unlike some of the complaints or dislikes I enjoy the fragrance and if doesn't seem to overpower after a short time anyways.
