Simon, Sergio and Michael collaborated on my project. Simon for editing, Sergio for design, Michael for distribution. It was good to see specialists for each part. The communications from each team were cohesive.

Glenn and Sarah both reached out at different stages. Glenn for the launch plan, Sarah for the cover concept. The fact that multiple specialist touched my project meant depth of service, not just a one size fits all offer.

I worked with Nathan to get my memoir ready for launch. His communication was excellent. I always knew what the next milestone was. The final product looked polished and felt true to my original voice.

Sarah took my book idea and helped shape it without losing the heart of my message. The editing team respected my voice and their layout design team made sure the formatting was clean. Good service, friendly people.

Harry called me back to complete the job. He has asked that I fix my review. So here I am. Harry picked up where the others let off. So far so good. Things are looking pretty decent I will review more as more is completed.

Michael assisted me as the project lead to edit and complete cover work and formatting for my novel “A Short History Of The Beginning’ . I am going to be completely transparent that we had some very rocky moments, but my book is now complete and live on Amazon and i am overall satisfied with the results. My advice is : to know exactly what you want (and you may have to be quite assertive to get your project there). No one cares more than you that things are done right and how you envision- your persistance can pay off -- but you WILL need to be persistant.

They did not release my Romance book before Christmas. They also misprinted after editing and re-edited some of it where a few sentences make nonsense. Poor editing! They also originally lost my script. Also good luck on getting paid! I have not been able to get paid and as they say you have to wait to get paid. But I have no help with the Amazon account they started for me. Also no press unless you want to pay $10k. Also trying to get sales figures they won’t respond. Worst unethical people who don’t respond. Amateurs! AVOID them! I haven’t been paid for my sales yet! It’s really low! Edit:4/24/24 they have listened to my issues after making complaints and realized they sent me to the wrong site to get access to my funds and sales reports. They really could have solved it earlier but it’s settled finally. They have asked for me to correct the review so I am agreeing. Melissa was the lady I dealt with with accounts and David was the editor. Still could have been a better experience.
