This is my 2nd review… I have been ANEMIC for almost two years now due to the excessive bleeding due to my internal hemorrhoids!! I have had many infusions due to the blood loss.. I was skeptical at first. But I ordered my 1st bottle about three months ago. I didn't notice a difference for two or three weeks. All of a sudden I started feeling ease through out the day. And using the bathroom was not as painful as usual. I tried everything even going to a doctor and wasting money and nothing helped. One day after taking maybe a whole bottle I noticed there was hardly any pain. I'm not the one to know what I look like back there but when I was in level 10 pain I had to see for myself. So I took a picture and it scared me. It looked like a horrible wound that would not go away. After taking HEMS I took another picture today and the difference is between night and day. Still not out of the water yet but the swelling has gone down 98 percent. Pictures was posted on another page. But it was worth it. Ordering a new bottle today.
