I ordered and received 6 bottles of (Hemavex) GLUCO 30 capsules on 8/28/2026. They tried to bill my credit card on 08/28/26 for $239.95, which my credit card red flagged. My bank called me the next day; I told them that I did order it and allowed the transaction to go thru on 8/30/26. I did receive the order within a couple of weeks. On 9/29/26 I received a text from the bank informing me that they denied a second charge from going thru again for the same amount until the fraud Unit spoke with me. I never signed up for a subscription. Why would someone send you a 6-month supply and think you're going to re-order it again in 30 days. I tried calling the number from the credit card transaction that was on my bill. They didn't have my name or e-mail, then hung up. And to top it off it wasn't even the correct product I ordered off a computer/info ad. Richard

I’m very unhappy with product and you continue to send it to me when not requested. I have been sent an over abundance at a ridiculous price I don’t use it

I've been taking this for over a month and have not noted any of the super effects as listed on the bottle. I was contacting you for a full refund and to cancel my subscription, I don't recall one but then I saw my account and I've been charged for another one. I want that to all be deleted including this so called subscription. The other one I will refuse to accept.

I really give them only a 0. I ordered this product in error due to their faulty website. I tried to cancel the same day that I ordered the product. They said I could not because it had already been shipped. I now have called two weeks later because I have not received the product so that I can return it and they’re telling me it’s now just being shipped. Their customer service is terrible for understanding English. Would never do business with this company.

This, useless stuff is a complete scam!! Do not buy, as, if you purchase 1 Bottle for $59.99, they add 2 more for $129.99, without permission!! I’ve asked for a complete refund, but they ignore emails, and I highly doubt I’ll get anything back from these scammers!! I will be letting thousand’s of my US Army family, to NOT BUY THIS CRAP!! And, I’ve reported them to the BBB where I live, and where they are supposedly out of???

Terrible company tells you if the product doesn’t work for you you get a full refund with in 30 days although it takes at least 7 days to receive it which means you have only 21 days to try it. Then if it doesn’t work customer service workers argue with you and refuse a full refund because you opened the product so I don’t know how you can know if it works it you don’t try it so basically the do not stand behind their product or their word for a full refund. Do not waste your time and money on this product but more so the company very dishonest

This dishonest company you cannot contact them. the product does not work. the email address cannot be delivered. so, I am unable to return the package to them. Now I have to change my credit card. DOT NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. SCAM!!
