When will I get my purchase
I can't review something I don't have. no updates on delivery. I'm not going to use shop to track my delivery because it tried and succeeded to double order same product

Hi Bob, sorry you had trouble and did a double purchase on this pre-order item. We actually sent out updates via email and on our social instead of shop so everyone could get see it. We're consistent with the update and will share another one out this week, stay tuned!

The oculus controller doesn’t stay in…
The oculus controller doesn’t stay in the tennis racket handle. Putting the strings through isn’t secure enough. When it is swung hard, the controller slides a little forward which is terrifying!

I never got the order
I ordered two gun adapters for Quest 2, I have waited 8 weeks, they no longer answer me from HelloReal, they use a bad shipping company that does not guarantee delivery, I will see if they refund my money, for now very bad experience.

We're sorry to hear that. As we discussed, packages do get lost sometimes and unfortunately, no matter which shipping carrier we use it is out of our hands once we've handed to the carrier. Additionally, it can be more strict in certain countries/regions based on what you have ordered. We have refunded out of good faith and hope they will eventually arrive to you.

I received my order and was incorrect. I ordered an ProWeight S1 and received a ProWeight S2.

Pro Grip golf club is poor quality
Pro Grip golf club is poor quality. Broke within 15 swings. Tried to get a replacement but the costumer service in not good. Went back and fourth via email. They told me "Given my experence they would just refund my money" but the did not refund my 16 dollar 2 day shipping that took 5 days to get. Really all i wanted was a replacement and never got it. I will just use another company for the same item. Would not recommend this company.
