The location is amazing, located in the heart if the City. Rooms are very clean, with a modern design and Big Windows.

Our stay was perfect! The property was close to everything we wanted to go, there are shops and restaurants right outside the building which was super convenient. The property is newly furnished and very well stocked. Also, everything was sparkling clean and the beds were very comfortable. Lastly, HOLT has been very responsive to our queries. Thank you for the great stay! :)

The place is beautiful, It was better than a 5-star hotel just for me and my family. The spaces and the decoration are in another level, my family was delighted with everything that the house offers. It has everything you need to have a good time. I will return, I have no doubt.

10/10 would recommend. The communication with the HOLT staff was outstanding, they are helpful and always available. The apartment is gorgeous, looks really modern and welcoming. They did a great job with the property, it was in perfect condition when we arrived, they put a lot of care into their place and it shows. The contactless check in and check out is a great plus to respect social distancing too. I will definitely stay again.

Our stay was incredible in every aspect. The Villa is super spacious, looks amazing with its original design, clean, and it's fully equipped with all you need. The staff was super friendly, they helped us arrange transport, tours, massage sessions, and even a chef to prepare dinner for us a couple of nights. We felt we were in good hands during our entire stay. The terrace at night is magical with the jacuzzi and the beautiful decoration. I am sure I will be staying with HOLT again for my future trips and can highly recommend their service!

This property was wonderful!! The location is outstanding! It sits in front of a beautiful park a block away from the Rosewood Hotel - walkable to almost anywhere you’d like to go. If you do want to venture further than walking distance there are cabs that drive by every few minutes. The property itself represents Mexico beautifully - rustic, charming, clean, spacious and comfortable! The rooftop terrace is outstanding, a great spot to enjoy coffee or drinks with your friends. Beyond the location I’d say one of the best accommodations was Rufina! She is included in the price and was just lovely. She came to the house every morning to set out a breakfast spread, she then tidy’s up the property after we left for the day, she even did our laundry! She was a real treat! Overall, I would highly recommend staying here! **the only caveat would be when it comes to tipping Rufina. We all agreed to separately leave her a tip in our bedrooms. I was the last the leave my group so I walked around the property to make sure no one left anything behind. I saw that my group had each left their respective tips in their bedrooms. About an hour before I was going to be scooped up for the airport a woman I didn’t recognize came in the house. She went upstairs then left within about 10 minutes. I found it strange so I went upstairs and noticed that my families tips for Rufina were gone. I’m hoping that this woman worked with her but there’s really no way to tell. I’d highly recommend personally handing Rufina your appreciation.
