I really was grateful for the fast shipping and there was lots of communication about the shipping time. The product is very good, I noticed some purging at first because I have really acne prone skin, but after that my skin started to clear up and there was less acne. Love this product!

The lip balm packaging is faulty. The cap doesn’t snap in tight. Unfortunately mine fell off within 2 days and lost it. Kind of a waste of money.
