Horrible customer service. i ordered multiple items from the store and it said that it arrived. when I took a look for it, it wasn't in the mailroom or anywhere the photos showed. i attempted to contact bubbles support and at first contact it felt like it was not a human. The customer service's response was basically not our problem contact the shipping company. I tried everything i could to get in touch or maybe even getting a refund but it was all denied. Absolutely the worst customer service team for any skin care brand i have ever ordered from. I will not be reordering or supporting this brand again.

Bubble always comes through when needed from great skin care to a wonderful cleanser for my face I love all their products and what this brand stands behind it helps the community in all aspects that it can.

The company is doing everything well! Shipping was quick and efficient. The product is amazing and I love the quality of the bottle it’s in. Perfect amount comes out when you press the pump.

Very disappointed...this review is specifically for the 1.8% salysic acid acne treatment orange tube. used exactly as recommended. It did nothing it was supposed to and caused the area to breakout more and get more irritated
