There was short curly and straight hairs (eyelashes? Pubic hairs?! Dust etc.) INSIDE the cleanser in the welcome package, which grossed me out. I could see hairs come OUT of the cleanser as I pumped them out, so I knew they weren’t mine 😭. As someone part of the brand ambassador program, I won’t say anything publicly, but this was so disappointing as a long time consumer. I’m not even joking it’s really gross AND I found out about the hairs AFTER using the product on myself for my UGC videos. It’s so gross. Please do better.

The package came on time, rly pretty packaging and the skincare inside worked so well! I absolutely love bubble. It helped my skin clear up and I hope everyone tries it!

The shipping and how manydays it took
