Big fan of the brand but normally buy from retailers. Decided to buy direct because of black Friday offers. Won't repeat. Contacted customer services multiple times to ask about delivery as tracking was vague. Was told three times to check tracking. I wanted to know where the parcel was being sent from and /or whether it had reached the destination country. Not impressed with the generic responses which didn't answer my question. Parcel did arrive in 11 days so all good but I won't go direct again. Prefer transparency. Think parcel was coming from the US but who knows? I don't.

Ordered placed on 11/28. Been more than 2 weeks and still not recieved it. No updated emails or any communication. Had to email and text them to get a generic answer of high volume and then one of your item is backed ordered. They removed the item and still not shipped the order. They promised by 12/12, and comes 12/12 and order still not shipped. Tried calling multiple times but dial tone. Bad customer service and it's my first time ordering from the company itself for Christmas presents or I would have ordered somewhere else. Now might not arrive for Christmas. Very upset when I tried to order early for Christmas and nothing. Update: it's resolved to you because I wanted my order refunded because I'm tired of the lies and headache waiting for it but customer service is still horrible and a scam. They promised by 12/12, it will be shipped and I showed them the texts and they said "We hoped. But unfortunately it did not happen" and so it's technically not a lie. I was done with it as I read all the 1 star reviews on them and it all said the same thing, issues with order not shipped. The good reviews are fake!!! Read the bad reviews

I love Bubble products so much! My collection which started with one moisturizer has grown so much I had to find more space in my vanity! Thank you Bubble for reviewing customers opinions such as fixing the lid for your lip balms. I was so disappointed when I lost my first lip balm but quickly purchased two more once the lid was corrected. I’m super satisfied and grateful for bubble skincare 💗 can’t wait to see what the future holds!
