Great products, great customer service.

Ordered two of a very popular item (Wicked Lip Balms sets) in November to beat the Christmas rush. Item was quickly out of stock, but we did receive the two items. However, they were two separate gifts but we only received one set of the accompanying stickers and pamphlet. Customer service emails and texts were unanswered or were an auto-reply. Finally, after numerous attempts, was promised they would be mailed from "the office" as the warehouse was unable to accommodate. It has been over two weeks and we have not received the promised items in the mail. There is NO information on website or on-line to speak to an actual representative. Emails and status updates go unanswered.

Order never arrived. Contacted customer service and no one has responded

Love their products!! My 12 year old daughter is a swimmer and was suffering from extremely dry skin on her face. Bubble has completely fixed that issue.

I don't have the order. This is lost and you can't resolve the issue and I Lost my money, also my little girl doesn't have her present for Christmas. Too bad

I placed an order on 11/28. Today is 12/19 and my order hasn’t even shipped yet. Customer service is horrible. These were Christmas presents for my kids. Once someone with customer service finally responded I was told my order would ship out early this week. It is now Friday and still nothing. I messaged on instagram too and they were zero help. I reached out the girls in a TikTok during their life and they both ignored me. I am very disappointed in the customer service I have received. It shouldn’t take over 20 days to ship an order. I placed this order well in advanced to guarantee it would be here for Christmas.
