Ordered products for Christmas presents on Dec. 1. One item was cancelled on the 16th and the rest of the items didn’t ship until the 18th. Instead of expediting shipment after such a long delay and knowing Christmas was around the corner they still shipped them with USPS. They arrived at our house Christmas Eve, at which point we had already left for family gatherings. If I knew shipping would take almost a month I would have just picked up the items at a store nearby. Disappointing.
