Ninorka chaljud The cleaning service is great. I never had cleaning service earlier, which has been an issue when sharing apartments. The only time I experienced cleaning service before has been prior to a new tenant is coming into the unit I’m renting. My experience from those situations is that the cleaning is not always done properly or with continuity. Which is why I’m very pleased with the work Ninorka does in our apartment. It smells fresh and clean when she’s done, and the place looks spotless. The continuity she provides with her cleaning service, also makes it easy for me to care for the apartment and keep it clean and hygienic between her cleaning sessions as well. Thank you Ninorka!

Amazing cleaning, very professional, kind and discrete. She did more than what we asked her for. Very respectful of our intimacy and private space.

I highly recommend this renting agency. Daniel Reyes was in charge of us, and I literally mean in charge. He was always so kind and helpful but most of all attentive to our questions and needs, ever so understanding that in the end we chose Aya because of Daniel more than for the apartment itself. We are French and had to find a place in NYC for our 20-year-old daughter, so it was really hard and stressful to make up our minds and take the right decisions. But thankfully, Daniel was here all along the way.

Valery was a very helpful agent. The process is quick, smooth, and informative. Recommend for furnished, short term leases in New York.

I still need to go to NYC, but the application process was very pleasant. Daniel helped me through it with very quick responses and was open to all my questions. He was very clear on what is or isn't possible and supplied a lot of information. As an international student i am very glad with the help and reassurance. It was a quick and easy process after a long search for something that fitted my criteria.

Really appreciate all the attention and very kind :)

Stayed with aya 4 months in Brooklyn during my internship, my room was spacious and roommates were friendly! they also were able to accommodate my move in date since my flights were delayed...so far a good experience!

From the moment I started my journey with AYA, the sales team was incredibly helpful in assisting me to choose the perfect room that fit all my needs. Their guidance made the onboarding process smooth and hassle-free, something I deeply appreciate. The operations team also played a crucial role in ensuring that all amenities were up to the mark and the room was well-equipped, contributing significantly to my comfortable stay. I am forever grateful for the exceptional service provided by everyone, but I would like to give a special shout-out to Fatima. Her support and dedication truly stood out and made a significant difference in my experience. I recommend AYA for anyone seeking quality accommodation. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is great. I am looking forward to booking with AYA again on my next visit to the city.
