AboundReviews of helloabound.com

Abound is an absolutely fantastic wholesale platform for Vendors. The site is very user friendly, is easy to keep track of orders and is one of our business's favorite wholesale platforms. Highly recommend! The customer service representatives through Abound are amazing, they get back to you quickly and are super helpful! The only changes to the site that would be extremely useful is the ability to edit and order once it is placed (on our end and the customers end), and in messaging to give the store name along with the customers name so you don't have to go searching for it.

I have been ordering from Abound for several months to get wholesale pricing on stock for my small business health wellness store/yoga studio. I always get my products quickly and if there is ever an issue the issue is resolved very quickly.

Account set up is a joke. You set up account fill your cart, give credit card info then after submitting order they ask for more tax info and "pause" your order. Tell me what you need upfront to set up an account. Don't wait till after I place the order, and after you have my payment info.

I could not be more happy with with Hello Abound if I tried. The products I have ordered are flying off the racks. My rep Dianna is a true asset to Hello Abound. I hope Hello Abound is aware of the level of service she provides. Customer service is everything to me, and I rarely leave reviews. It is a pleasure to say the products and Dianna sold me on Hello Abound. Hello Abound if you see this message take care of Dianna! She is an asset to the growth of your business!!

We LOVE helloabound for both buying and selling! Customer service is 100% top notch and they’re always so helpful! My favorite customer service rep is Allison! She is so so sweet, always goes out of her way to help me with anything I need, and she even reached out and checked on my family when we went through some sickness. They’re all so friendly and so helpful with everything! Nothing but good things to say!!

I honestly haven’t ever had any issues with customer service or products.

Love the ease of this website! Don’t waste time reaching out to every company when you can order it all in one place. Thanks Abound!
