Why is this site still available on Shop. They issue a shipping label but never send product. Scam site. Do not order from them. Messaged the seller asking for updates and nothing. Have to go through credit card company to reverse charge. Shopify does nothing, they should be help liable as well for allowing them to exist there

Placed my order and received a shipping notification a few days later. It has been almost two weeks since I received my shipping notification, and the status of the tracking has not updated past “pre shipment”, and USPS had not received the package. I have contacted the seller twice asking about it and not received any answer. I’ll be contacting the BBB about this scam site.

I have been buying plants from them for 3 years. Last 2 years everything was excellent. But this year I don’t what is going on. It’s been 23 days I placed the order. There is no update on my order yet. I am trying to reach them in every possible way. But they don’t even reply. Are they scamming people now?

Placed an order last week and so far this company seems like a scam that just takes your money and doesn't ship you your order. I'm hoping I'm wrong and will update the review if I am wrong but no product, no callback, no nothing. I should have known better since the subpod is sold out everywhere else and they seem to have plenty, which is odd that they would have so many when nowhere else does, I should have known it was a scam, I guess it was wishful thinking. Don't make the same mistake I did, shop elsewhere!! Update: once I told them if they didn't get back to me I would report them for fraud to the BBB then they cancel the order through SHOP within 15 minutes and SHOP says they don't have stock but their website still says instock and they still never responded or reached out to let me know what was going on. I'm not sure if they are scammers or just a horrible business but either way BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

Hello Jennifer, we’ve called you this morning but there was no answer and we’ve left you a voicemail. We’ve cancelled the order after the supplier inform us the product was not in stock.

Great customer service. Easy to use website (love that it has Apple Pay). Product actually in stock and arrived in a fair amount of time. Overall pretty great.

Great and attentive customer service, friendly staff. Made a mistake in a shipping address that I wrote, it was solved in a matter of seconds and products were successfully delivered to my door. Product quality was also great, looking forward to purchasing again.
