HelkayReviews of helkay.com

Like the others, the video of the product looked too good to be true, and it was. Got the cheap lump of painted plastic. Since I paid through PayPal, I filed a refund request through them, not even bothering with Helkay. Eventually Helkay offered a partial refund: $6.00. Since there was no "FU" option, I chose "Refused." Then it was in PayPal's court and they finally issued a full refund. Still have the cheap crap plastic engine lump. I'm considering drilling through it and using it as a Christmas tree topper. Avoid these M-Fers like the plague.

Never received. Scam!

I too ordered the ‘metal’ working engine that was shown as a high quality item on both Pinterest and their web site. A piece of total crap - badly painted plastic - arrived by courier. So much for the Christmas present idea. I’m now going to flood social media sites about this scam. Please feel free to do the same.

Just like the other reviews. I saw the advertisement on Pinterest - it shows a video with lots of parts/pieces of an engine and putting it together - screws, wrenches, etc. I thought that would be fun for Christmas. Just arrived today and it's a solid piece of plastic or clay with a really bad paint job. So disappointed. I got suckered, no doubt about it. I wish I had searched reviews before I ordered/paid for it. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! Total crap job. I'm not on social media but this needs to go viral to save others from wasting their money!

My dad ordered Grand Orrery Model - cheap plastic piece of crap arrived and now he can't get his money back. TOTAL SCAM - he paid 56USD and is required to pay 60USD to return. What a shame this website can continue to steal money from the elderly and others.

I ordered an engine model kit and they sent a crap solid piece of plastic. Absolute scam !! Still no refund.

This site is a complete scam ordered an engine model kit and they send a broken clay model that isnt even a good cast avoid buying from them at all cost

Please be aware of this company. Ordered 2 metal educational engine model kits to build. They sent 2 clay models ! I would like to attach images showing what appalling rubbish was sent. How do I do this ? Still waiting for a full refund SCAM !!!!!!
