The front lady was so nice, the assistant who took my vitals was nice, and the doc who diagnosed me with strep was also really nice. It's rare when everyone is friendly like that especially in an urgent care. The prescription was ready quickly too . Visit was fast too on a monday morning at about 10 am . Maybe I got super lucky but I would definitely come back :))

Got covid over the weekend and got Paxlovid prescribed and picked up within 2 hours. Cheaper and quicker than an in-person doctor visit. Forever grateful for this service

I needed a prescription fast and found helixvm online. I submitted my info and had an insurance issue that they quickly resolved via chat, prescribed my medication and completed the process within 1.5 hours. The communication via text and email was helpful and the entire experience was very pleasant and easy.
