I only gave one star because the doctor my daughter did a video call with was great and it’s not her fault. Do NOT use helix. There are better options available and cost much less. Some will charge as little as $35 and some $50+ you just have to search and compare prices. Do not fall for the trick that they claim to take insurance. They claimed they took Aetna and I got a statement saying the insurance covered all but $1.99 and I just needed to pay that amount with my card to get her treatment. Just a week later, my card was charged $98 for her visit. Mind you, this was just for an antibiotic for a sinus infection. On the statement they sent to me, it said (to bill Aetna) I called and left a detailed message with no phone call back and other than that phone number, good luck contacting them! You won’t get to speak to anyone about the issue. I rushed to read reviews (I should have done this first) someone had mentioned to cancel your card right away, because they will come back and continue billing you, over and over again and charge your insurance company hundreds of dollars, yet still take your money from your personal account. I canceled my card immediately after the first charge. I highly suggest that anyone else who has made the mistake of using their services, do the same thing! I am furious that the insurance was charges AND I was also charged. You’ve been warned.

Scam company. I signed up to get a non narcotic, safe prescription and they did nothing to evaluate me, didn't write a prescription and told me to go to the emergency room for a non emergent issue. 2 months later, they charged my card around $90 for nothing.. Absolutely zero.
Ugly
This is a SCAM. There's an 888 # which of course no live person answers and will only direct to an email address that does not respond to any message you send. This is a racket. Maybe if you live in Florida you can go to one of their offices but who knows what this place is, they do not offer any remote telemedicine and there is no way to contact anybody. Be sure to block any charges from them and don't waste any further time trying to resolve anything much less getting appointment. There are no doctors and if their ad pops up online do not click on any of their links. Do not put any personal information on their website. If they book you an appointment they will cancel and charge you anyway.

0 stars. Almost impossible to close your account. Have to email them to do so. Still being charged and now having to dispute it with my bank. Absolutely awful website to use.
