They are doing fraudulent billing. They billing me a high in office urgent care visit. I was never seen. No communication was had. And a cardiologist was the provider. I reported to the BBB & CMS. I will also report to the bored of medicine in Florida. Utah and Texas tomorrow. I have medical billing and coding history for 10 years. I know exactly what I am looking at. Also these reviews are fake. lol

DONT give them your debit/credit card info! I was charged for services I never had or approved of. This is the worse online health/virtual care provider I’ve ever seen. If your looking for a quick refill don’t bother with this company ex: not only did they write the wrong prescription ( that is critical to my health) but NEVER took the time to write a new correct prescription yet still charged my insurance and my own co-pay amount. Beware SCAM SCAM. I’ve also reported to BBB. I pray nobody will go through the nightmare I went through

A scam site. Have tried them two separate times, one for a medication refill and one to just get an order for lab work. Both times, they wouldn't do it, gave me a referral letter, and said I should go see a doctor in person instead. Oh and they charged my insurance hundreds of dollars for it too. Do not use them

I wouldn't give them a 1 star but they nake you they make you pay 50 dollto get a prior authorization sent to your insurance well im still waiting 2 weeks later do t use this place if you want to get your Ed's started cause they give u tge run around u can't talk to anyone live irs a bullshit service

We did everything completely correct and two medications were allegedly sent per the portal, but the pharmacy doesn’t have anything. I only have one pharmacy. The pharmacy knows nothing and when you try to call, you can’t get a real person. They just say to email them and use the portal, which is not giving me the information I need. I think this is a scam and would not recommend.

I got prescribe 6 antibiotics/3 days worth. So I sent them a message to see if that was enough thinking it may have be an accident. Instead of telling me yes that was enough or adding to it they proceeded to cancel my prescription and wouldn’t send it to the pharmacy. Would not recommend using them at all.

I signed up specifically wanting Gabapentin for my knee reacements. They cannot prescribe that and still charged $50. I had no visit. I got a message I owe $50 for nothing. Helix vm is a scam
