I was able to get service within a short time. The Doctor called me when I couldn't login to the video conference. He was polite, understood my condition, gave me a treatment plan, called in my prescription to my pharmacy within a very short time span. Very courteous and professional!!

Super easy, signed up, paid the small fee and was able to pick up prescription within 2 hours

Had a really bad tooth ache and was able to get antibiotics, mouth wash and some mild pain medication in less than an hour sent to a 24 hr pharmacy near me at 2am! It was very easy and quick and all for less than $20 since they accept insurance. I highly recommend using Helix for any urgent medical needs.
