They charged my insurance $500 for nothing! No medications, no doctors visit, nothing. I field this as insurance fraud.

Helix violated consumer protection laws (so-called "No Surprise" laws) by not disclosing they were out of network with my insurer Cigna. I received notice from Cigna that a specific Helix doctor billed Cigna $1,000 for my "consultation" for medication. I know every provider inflates their charges knowing the insurer will pay a negotiated rate and it's Cigna job to challenge how much Helix should REALLY be allowed to charge. However, Cigna paid customary rate and sent me a warning that I could receive notice from Dr. X (Helix) that I owe a balance. Helix isn't going to bill me and I am never going to use them again. Just make sure you check with your own insurer to protect yourself before you fall prey to a very suspect organization.

Quick to take your $$ for a visit, but don't expect any help or communication after that. 28 hours after being given a prescription, it continues to show pending. No possible way to contact anyone. AI sends you to receptionist that is "busy helping other patients" always. Live chat? Nope. They are nonexistent after visit. So I paid $$$ for absolutely nothing. BEWARE!

Tried to use their services. Their website is very difficult to navigate. I was finally able to submit my information. The appointment that was never fulfilled. It always said reviewing. Then all my info was gone. I feel I was scammed. This company does not follow up with their patients.

This is a scam. False advertising and please avoid this place. What they advertise and what they deliver are not the same.

I had a message appointment with Dr Nabeel S. Saghir on HELIXVM.com and it was terrible service. They got the prescription wrong that they sent. The pharmacy has called I've called and chatted endlessly. No resoluton. I cant correct the error. They sure bugged me to pay $108 for the privilege. Do no use helixvm...waist of time and money.

AVOID HELIXVM AT ALL COSTS. They get your bank and insurance information and I wound up in hospital. They don't send prescriptions, and won't tell you THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PRESCRIBE ANY CONTROLLED MEDICATION. They don't care if you wind up dead. They are Blocked from my bank, my Insurance will not pay them, and what THEY ARE DOING IS ILLEGAL. I'm filling a lawsuit after 2 days of their lies from Bots. No human contact at all. DO NOT TRUST THEM. THERE'S EVEN A PHOTO OD A COMPLETE STRANGER ON MY PERSONAL INFORMATION THAT I CANNOT ACCESS. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR IDENTITY, YOU, AND YOUR INSURANCE. LOOK AT BBB COMPLAINTS FOR THE PAST YEAR ALONE. THEY ARE CROOKS.

There is an allowable amount that a company can bill insurance. Helix billed DOUBLE the allowable amount and then demanded I pay the difference what insurance didn't. I contacted my insurance and they told me what the allowable amount is, what Helix billed, and what my options were going forward. What they are doing is illegal.
