I started searching for an online pharmaceutical site that would be easy to get a refill for a recently expired medication. I had been using CallDoc but the hoops you have to jump through to get a refill are ridiculous!! Not anymore! This was such an easy process. In less than 12 hours I had a new prescription at my local pharmacy. Painless,smooth and fantastic.

It was great, the only draw back I had was the processing wait time… about 1 hour. That was fine but I would text and ask if you’re still working on my issue and no response. I could see the still processing icon going but I would have liked a general time frame for waiting. I almost went somewhere else. In terms of care the prescription was perfect, information from doctor, labs, and summary was great even on a holiday . I’d use Helixvm again.
