I paid $95 for a script I never received and was told it would only be for 5 days instead of 30 only after payment was made. Made several emails going back and forth communicating this but nothing was resolved. Since I never received a service I contacted my bank to be refunded. They are now wanting $198 due to charging me $100 for the charge back. Very fraudulent and dishonest company. They have been reported.

I just got off a video call with Cory Stanley who was terrible. First he was a no show for my 11am call and then Helix rescheduled us for 1:15pm. Then on the 1:15 call, he was trying to get off the call by 1:18pm but I asked a question just to keep him on the line. He then said sorry, I can't help you and then our call officially ended at 1:20pm. By the way, as an added bonus, he also sent the wrong prescription to my pharmacy (even though that's the one thing he and I actually discussed during our 3-5 minute call). So now I'm out $95 and STILL need to speak to someone else to try and get the prescription I need.

!!!!SCAM!!! I had Covid and needed Paxlovid. I signed up and received NO SERVICE WHATSOEVER. But was charged $500+ that was "reduced" due to insurance to $98. I attempted NUMEROUS TIMES to contact "customer care" where I received a very piloted runaround and promise to call back. Didn't happen. Then threats of collection. SCAM!!!!!

Got charged $140 for an AI consultation that didn't give me any useful insights to my flu. Another time I chose a video consultation and the provider disconnected immediately and I got charged. Predatory and almost seems like a rip off.

Twice I have made appointments to see Dr pounds and twice I got this provider Kimberly Pounds, NP was held up with a previous appointment and was not able to attend. Apologies for any inconvenience. A representative will be reaching out to you to schedule a new priority appointment. I didn't even get that the third time I won't go back

I spent $95 and was told that I would meet with a provider, also on their website it lists that they prescribe certain medication‘s which they certainly do not. I just had a video call with Cory Stanley. He was extremely rude. He hung up on me just because I was unhappy with the company’s service. He just said, “I am ending this appointment.” Then he hung up on me. If I could, I would leave this company zero stars. They are very sketchy and super unprofessional. I have never had a doctor hang up on me before, absolutely do not use this company if you want help.

My insurance covered my appointment. The insurance price for the "office visit" which consisted of talking to AI and then being prescribed prescription AZO which is available over the counter was roughly $143. The normal price HelixVM charges for this "office visit" with AI is 5OO Dollars. I got saddled with an 83 dollar bill for answering questions with a bot and not getting treatment (Simple UTI) Completely fraudulent To add insult to injury their customer relations director called me regarding this review and offered me a refund in 3-5 business days... 2 weeks ago. I wasn't hopeful, but what a joke.

Never seen these people or had service but I got a bill? They are telling me they are taking 68$ from my account. Canceled debt card. Complete scam
