Do NOT deal with this SCAM company. They have been completely useless and unprofessional. I regret signing up on their website for a virtual consultation to obtain an antibiotic prescription. I expected to at least communicate with a doctor but they made up some arbitrary excuse and said services were rendered asynchronously without the need for communication. I was notified to see a doctor in person. Why would I pay +$100 for that?? I’ve exhausted this issue with them by calling (where they only refer to billing who doesn’t accept calls, only email) to no avail whatsoever and continued harassment of late fee notices, for literally nothing. If you want quality online medical support services with good communication where you’ll actually get a prescription, I highly recommend Curai Health.

Made appointment and specified the medication I needed as I ran out over the weekend. I was charged $100 for a phone appointment so they could tell me that they don’t prescribe my meds and couldn’t help me. Now they are harassing me for payment as I disputed this through my credit card.

I had scheduled an appointment in November for January and provided my medical history, including my previous medication for ADHD. I discovered that I was pregnant later that month and promptly canceled the appointment, which was well over a month in advance. Despite this, I have been subjected to continuous harassment and charged over $500 for an appointment that never took place. Additionally, numerous late fees have been imposed on this co-pay. My attempts to reach your company via phone have been unsuccessful, and the only communication I have received has been through unproductive email exchanges. Furthermore, it has come to my attention that a prescription for a controlled substance was issued in my name without any consultation or appointment. This is a serious matter that raises concerns about the integrity and professionalism of your organization. I kindly request that you rectify this situation immediately by reversing the charges, canceling any outstanding late fees, and addressing the unauthorized prescription. I would appreciate a prompt response to this matter. I have already sent details to my attorney and will pursue legal action if you fail to remove this fee

I requested my usual 30 day supply and spent all this $. They charged me alot of money and only received 5 day supply. Save your $ and keep looking This place not good

I used this company once. Never, ever again. It's been over 2 weeks since my telehealth visit with Ashley and my medications STILL have not been sent in correctly. Customer service is terrible, as well. Stay away. I will pay more to get better service from now on.

There is a reason they don't reply to negative reviews and that's because they are a SCAM! The first time I was seen, my insurance was billed and paid for, then I get bombarded with letters from them sent to my home harassing me over money that they want for me seeing a doctor that I didn't even see!! Not to mention two appointments I had got canceled on me or the doctors was no show. They want your insurance information but yet they want you to input your debit or credit card information in to. That there's like a big red flag to begin with. I'm poor! I'm on State Medicaid for a reason! what makes you think I can pay hundreds of dollars for service that wasn't even received is beyond me! Then I have sent numerous emails to them asking to speak to the director of operations several times and still nothing. Think again before you let them be deceitful to you while ripping you off (or trying to).

Called 5 months ago…horrible experience! They billed us, we paid, now getting text after text about us owing $4 or it’s going to collections! Multiple calls to them but no answer! Don’t bother with this place! Better to go to urgent care!!

This was a complete scam. I went through the process of signing up and setting up payment, just to find out I wasn't even able to actually speak to a doctor. They claimed my prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy, which they were not. A week later they tried to charge me $98. I made sure there was no money in the account to cover it. They have tried to charge me 4 times. I will not be paying that. When I go onto the portal, there is no doctor listed, which makes it impossible to send a message. Do not use this site, trust me.
