Scam company they try to rob people without actually providing services

This company is FRAUDULENT. I made a request to be contacted for a requested medical issue. I was NOT contacted but rather various labs ordered that I already have and did not need. My insurance company and I have both been charged hundreds of dollars FRAUDULENTLY and I cannot get the business to stop charging my card repeatedly!!!!!! No one will answer the phone for the business, return phone calls or answer emails. I plan on filing a formal complaint tomorrow with the Florida Attorneys General office. This is ridiculous!!!!

They billed my insurance 500$ and it was of course denied! I never even did a video appt!Do not use this company!

False advertising. They’ll just refer you to another doctor.

This is a joke and you people are stealing people's money. Do not give these people any of your information. This is a scam. It is nothing but a money racket out to take people's money.

I scheduled for a visit in November 2023 and it was canceled and somehow I was then billed for the appointment from a totally different doctor. I obviously called my insurance company and after months of going back and forth and speaking to same customer service woman with my insurance rep on phone, I was told someone would get back to me and never did. I have called multiple times, wrote to them and nothing but keep getting a bill that keeps increasing. I knew they were a scam when the same rep told me same script and would never provide a managers name, not even a first name. Then I looked online and saw all these reviews and wonder how this company is allowed to defraud public and insurance companies repeatedly and not be charged with fraud. I am going to look into filing a class action lawsuit and will look into contacting attorney generals office in Florida as something has to be done. This company has caused me enough stress and wasted time of hours on the phone between them and my insurance company. Thankfully I found the messages they had sent me that shows they canceled my appointment on day they said I was serviced. Others on here need to reach out to each other and let’s go after this company. For others looking to use them: STAY AWAY!!!! PURE SCAMMERS!!
