I submitted my insurance information for a prescription refill, and I only got 7 pills when my monthly prescription is 45 pills. They billed my insurance and sent me another bill for $100. In my opinion, this is a criminal enterprise and should be investigated by the Better Business Bureau and any other regulatory agencies applicable as the way the practice business is akin to La Cosa Nostra. They should not be trusted under any circumstances and they should review the Hippocratic oath and I wouldn’t doubt that they akin to organized crime and everything that’s wrong with the healthcare system.

Missing Medical Records and Lies (My HelixVM Horror Story)
I requested a refill of my medication on their Fast Track RX platform. The doctor prescribed it to me on August 5th 2024. I received email and text message notifications that the medication was sent to my pharmacy.
When I viewed my patient treatment plan document, it stated the doctor prescribed the requested medication (controlled substance) and authorized it as a one-time-only event. Quantity of tablets was 7, dosage 1mg, medication Clonazepam.
So I contacted support and patient servicing team because my rx wasn't at the pharmacy yet, and they told me that they do not prescribe controlled substances to my state, and that I was never prescribed any medication on August 5th, and that the whole ordeal never happened.
I told them that I was prescribed this medication by a Dr. William Berg as documented in my patient records.
Upon signing in to grab a copy of my record to show them, I realized that my records from August 5th, 2024, were gone entirely. I have been contacting them for a copy of my medical records now for the past week, and nobody has responded.
I contacted the executive team to let them know of the situation and that I would consider litigation if the matter was not resolved.
Tampering with medical records is a serious crime that can result in criminal charges, fines, or loss of medical license.
As a law student, this does not fly with me. Stay far away from this company. They are very unprofessional and unethical in my opinion.

Stay as far away from this place as…
Stay as far away from this place as possible!! There's no way they're legit. I did all of my business online & they didn't live up to anything they promised. They did not hesitate to fraud Medicare though. Did anyone have KENNETH VANDERBECK PA-C as their provider? I did. I can't find anything out about him & can NOT get anyone to call me back or address the numerous emails I've sent. I've been trying for 1mo.

Dangerous Company
I looked into getting my anti-depressant refilled through this company. I never talked to a doctor and never received prescription. Billed 100 $. When I filed a complaint, I was told it was " the doctor's best judgment, to bill you without care or follow up" Whatever that means. I have my Rx bottle and it is a non-regulated medicine.. Very sketchy, stay away.
