A bill and insurance claim for a visit that never occurred. I was taken to their AI triage application and then was told I was not eligible for an online visit. About 4 hours later, I was sent a "hospital admission" letter. This was then billed as a $500 visit that had never occurred. I was left paying a co-pay for a visit that never happened and a balance bill for an out of network claim, when HelixVM claimed they were in-network. Reported them for fraud with my insurance company. Blue Cross doesn't seem to care about the fraud. Seems like they are doing this 100s of times a day. Shame on them.
