EVERYONE if you let them treat you as they did me! No video no doctor NOTHING and all the sudden they were meds for my stomach issues that he diagnosed via me checking a few boxes. He ordered blood panels and had results for them and everything...THERES NO WAY..... THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY SCAMMING PEOPLE I got on and read reviews where they were charging the card they make you secure along with your insurance and a month later they try charging you over 100 dollars and I just got the email and notification telling me 98.75 was declined on your card ending in **** and so on so YES THEY DO CHARGE YOU unexpectedly almost a month to the day later and will continue to so if you use them cancel the card that you gave for them and get a new one because they're going to charge it!!

0 stars! Scam!!!!!! They don’t take ANY insurance and charge $500 for a text visit! I got two weeks of meds and they charged my card $148!! Go elsewhere!

They are trash. One they can't count they can't add and they can't review hospital discharge papers correctly. Call me ahead of time to inform me that they would not be able to help me and I would not be charged. 2 Days later a bill was sent to my email from helix for $76. I said fork you and locked my card. Trash company

Never received any care for my issue I contacted them about. All I received was a text from my pharmacy saying an RX was ready for me. They charged me $35 in which I didn't pay, because I never received any care from them. They then tacked on $110 for not paying them. I contacted them saying I never received care so I am confused on my bill. Long story short, I paid the stupid $35 only to find out they also charged me $110 in "late fees". NEVER will use this place again. I asked them how they are charging me this $110 with no response.

Website said no video, no awkward doctor consultation. Those both were not true. The doctor interviewing me could give me a diagnosis for lower left stomach pain nor a r. x. for my low grade fever caused by bacterial infection in my stomach. Charged me $135 for absolutely nothing. If I could I would give a "0" rating.

They advertise Ambien prescription 90-day supply. Have been paying $66 a month just to get the prescription from the weight loss clinic I go to. So naturally, having Helix Medical billing insurance and only having to get it every 90 days is the cheapest option. I didn't know how it would work so 6 days before my last prescription ran out I signed up on Helix for an appointment in case they had to mail a prescription. No video appointment, nothing. Never got to even speak with a doctor, just a message saying they refused a prescription saying I had 6 days left on my Ambien prescription and they charged me $100 for absolutely nothing and that was the end of it, not that they would do it when the 6 days were up, just basically said we aren't doing it go away but pay us for absolutely nothing.

Made inquiry for Osteoarthritis prescription. I never had a video conference or phone call and my insurance was billed $1000 and refused to pay it. I am left with a $65 balance for nothing. Scam company with scam/fraudulent billing.

They have very deceptive business practices. They billed my insurance close to $1000 and now they want me to pay close to $100. They did nothing for me. They are charging me for two separate visits and they never even spoke to me. They even scheduled a follow-up visit for me without my consent. They have charged for labs for mononucleosis and I did not even need this test. Customer service seems to not know English very well. I am not sure if this is a scam or what is actually going on here.
