I was experiencing a tooth infection & knew I needed antibiotics. I was unable to get an appt at a dental office so came across HelixVM while researching online options. Within a few clicks of answering basic questions on what my issue was I had an appt with a HelixVM provider for that very evening. The provider was very nice & caring about my situation. After a short visit, she prescribed 3 medications & sent them directly to my regular pharmacy. Within 30 mins after my video visit I received a text link to the patient portal that had a complete patient summary of the visit, a doctor's excuse for days off work, a doctor's note to give to my employer (if needed), a complete treatment plan that explained, in detail, everything we discussed & my diagnosis as well as an official referral to give a dentist of my choice showing the diagnosis, treatment plan, etc. This was BEYOND my expectations to say the least! I cannot recommend HELIXVM enough! If you're debating on whether to book your appt please let this HONEST review be the confirmation you need to BOOK NOW! I promise you won't regret it! By the way, they DO accept insurance! My visit was covered 100% by my insurance & I paid ZERO out of pocket. In the case you do not have insurance, their fees are extremely reasonable compared to other services. Don't delay... Make your appointment!

I was able to get the medication I needed in less than two hours while I was at work with 5% battery and no charger. It was super convenient because I didnt even have to talk to anyone, I just let them know what was wrong and they were able to write a script and get me better. It's super convenient and affordable and way easier than making time to go to the doctor when I knew what was wrong amd how to fix it.

It was a seamless experience. Answered some questions and a very quick turn around to get the medicine I needed!

Excellent service. I have a horrible tooth infection, and they were able to assist with antibiotics on a Sunday and we’re so fast I was able to pick them up before the pharmacy closed and I am already feeling better

Great experience! Helixvm was extremely fast and efficient. The provider was on top of it within minutes of me sending in my request. Helixvm sent in details of the order and responded promptly to any questions I had. The pharmacy received the prescription very quickly. Every step of the way, Helixvm was exceptionally efficient. I’ll be using them with any medication needs or concerns I have. Especially in a time limited crunch.
