They charged me for a video visit that i didnt ask for , $500!!!! Without my knowledge , i paid for a prescription refill and to file that on my insurance but was charged for medical visit! Im pissed and im not paying them a dime!

I would give them a -10 stars if I could. Total scam. I needed a refill while traveling and they claimed to do telemedicine over the phone. After I put in my personal medical information, they were supposed to call me back either a provider. No call, no medication refill just a charge on my card which I reversed. Then they sent me 2 bills with late fees. 1 for $110.00 and 1 for $178.00 for the same non visit, non-service. I’m not paying them even if they report me to the credit bureaus. This is a scam either no service provided. I’m going to report them to the Better Business Bureau and write a letter to the credit bureaus about this scam of a fake business!!

They took my information. I was trying to get a prescription for Eliquis which I have to take for the rest of my life. I didn't want to go to the doctor as I don't want to get sick from the sick patients there. They cancelled my request for the eliquis telling me that I need to see my PCP just to get it refilled. They are having $49 being held up in my bank account. If I get charged I will get back on here and do another review. Scam

Terrible. Not helpful whatsoever. Travel nurse needing to have meds refilled that primary can’t do out of state. It’s a gap in care. Needing a script filled that I’ve been taking for fourteen years. Made recommendations for studies I’ve already had and discharged me before I could even upload my damn records. Scam scam scam! I would have been better off giving my fifty bucks to a prostitute. -5 stars. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this shabby ass service.

It’s nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone if you need corrections made to your prescription. Despite calling over 100 times and sending numerous emails, they never respond. Now, I’m stuck with a prescription I can’t pick up and no way to get it corrected, leaving me out the money I paid. Be cautious if you choose to work with this company—make sure they’re your absolute last resort. The amount of stress caused by this situation has been more overwhelming than my medical condition itself. It’s simply not worth the headache.

I self diagnosed Covid and wanted Paxlovid. It was a Sunday so my primary care was closed. Filled out a form with Helix. They accepted my Humana insurance. Never spoke to anyone but did get a prescription called into CVS. Surprised by $50 bill I owed after Helix billed insurance $900 for Urgent visit. There was no visit at all. Humana paid $45. Seems extreme. I would not use Helix again.

This is truly unbelievable.... This company bills themselves as a Virtual Primary Doctor. Consultation site........... I had an appointment with the doctor. that was unbelievably expensive........ all I was getting was a refill on a Diclofonec. Topical gel. 3%. CenterWell-Humana Pharmacy reached out to them to get a refill. They couldn't reach him. said I need to contact them........ I contacted them and they said I need to book another appointment to get a prescription refill from my arthritis gel.?.... I told them I says that's unbelievable. why would I need another appointment? I just need to refill a prescription.... Here's exactly what they said..."We are not a primary care office. Unfortunately, we require appointments on an "as needed" basis. If you wish to receive a medication refill, you will need to make another appointment or follow up with your primary care provider."... They should take themselves off the Internet as a virtual doctor's office. I will never use them again.

Less than zero would be better than one star. Needed a script filled that i take three times a day. They said it was to early to fill the script. It wasn't. So they charged me 78 dollars for telling me it was too soon to fill. If I would have known how bad of a absolute RIP OFF Helix medical is...they just steal from you,legally apparently. Please,please do not use them under any circumstances..no prescription filled,nothing but a bill.
