The video chat with one of the doctors was the only medical advice and help I could get ahold of so late at night.The doctor i spoke with was very thorough,concerned,and asked a lot of questions to determine what my ailment was.She gave me very helpful advice on what to do and I took her suggestion and went to the hospital.I'm glad I did.The hospital diagnosed and cured me. Helixvm.com is an awesome service if you ever need any medical help or advice if you are suffering from an ailment or symptoms.I will definitely use them again if needed in the future.Thank you so much for everything!

Efficent way to get care without going to UC. Was a little more expensive than some other telemed services, but they did seem to treat more issues, too. It was worth paying a bit extra for the care and convenience of getting a treatment med right away.

Upon entering, I was met with a professional and extremely helpful woman who walked me through the signing in process and then escorted me to an examination room. From there, a nurse and a doctor, each professionally attended my needs. This is the Way urgent care should be.!!
