The absolute worst online company I have ever dealt with. Please don’t make my mistake. Read the real reviews first. They have fake reviews out there. This company is 💯scam. They will take your money and leave you with nothing hoping you will just go away. They do not have a working phone number and will not let you know how to actually reach the Dr to complain and ask questions. This is so shady and frustrating. I am unemployed and needed an inexpensive visit for a med and they just took my money. I’m filing theft, BBB and I have a lawyer pursing this for me pro bono. Don’t let them take advantage of you too. If it sounds to good to be true it is!

I used this company for a cold a month ago to get meds. They charged me $40 for the service and are now trying to charge me $78 more after medical took off $1300 I didn't even talk to a doctor and when I try to call then number they have it goes to voicemail and they say they should get back to you in 7-10 business days when they want to charge me tomorrow and won't let me remove my card . Scam site it seems

I have never heard of this company or this doctor and they build me for $1,500 they do not respond to emails or answer the phone but my insurance company will be getting in touch with them to see what is going on. It is bad when a company builds you $1500 and you have never seen them

Helix is a scam! I ordered just a prescription, but later I received a $1000 charge! I was never informed about such a price, and their system does not allow me to remove my payment method to prevent further charges. Additionally, their website appears to have a messaging option, but it’s impossible to actually send a message. Avoid this company – they deceive their customers!

Couldn’t cancel appointment, doctor said he’d email referral & never did, need a prescription & there’s absolutely no way they speak to patients. Shifty @ best - charge $500 & bill you automatically. Again there is absolutely NO customer service. Poor quality scam.

They will quite literally steal money out of your account like you'd expect scammers to once they get your card number. They withdraw money from your account without any services provided (which also means no billing nor receipts for when they do steal your money) and their customer service quite literally never responds. I am beginning to think HelixVM isnt a medical care service at all, and just scammers trying to take advantage of people trying to find online healthcare support. Do NOT trust your account information with this website/company. Not even sure if they even actually provide any actual medical services.

They attempted to charge me multiple times. The care was not worth it. Then they kept trying to charge me.

AVOID!! I found out they did tele health and accept my insurance. It was an embarrassing matter so I chose this route. I have my insurance info and they said there was a copay of a few dollars. I paid it and they sent my rx to my pharmacy. Everything was good until… this was about a month ago and I just received a text from my bank alerting me to a possible fraud. They was trying to take an insane amount of money from my bank. My insurance was also charged. My bank told me they are on their list of probable fraudulent companies. There was nothing on the day of service about any other charges besides the copay that I agreed to and paid that day. The one good review I seen was very recent. Wait till they wake up to 500$ missing from their bank account.
