SCAM. Truly wish I had read the reviews, but I needed to speak with a doctor and I was having an issue finding any other care. Little did I know, I was unable to speak with a doctor at all. I never even received a written message from a doctor, just an (incorrect) prescription. Their website was misleading and made it seem like my copay would be $1.99, which makes since for that type of "visit". However, they charged me over $100 out of nowhere. Their "customer service" was extremely short with me and rude, simply sending a copy of the terms and conditions repeatedly and saying that I signed it. They also attempted to schedule me for a bs "followup visit". After reading the other reviews it seems I'm lucky to have only been charged $100 or so. Absolutely disgusting excuse for a company and any medical practitioners associated with this scam should be ashamed.

Claimed they took my insurance. 3 months later and they are trying to charge me 100 for it plus another 140 for late fees. This company is a scam. Don't use them.

horibble !!!!!!!!!! i got a result from the lab and they didnt publish it for a weeks. no one contact me and when i asked for a tretment they didnt provide this. they need to be sue fot this schame !

I went with helixVM because they claimed to accept insurance. They took my insurance (state), and then billed my credit card anyway. Scammy AF.

Charged for telehealth visit, had been trying to find them for weeks they never contacted pharmacy. There appears to be no visual of anyone, there are several locations in Florida - California. To my knowledge no pending class actions. If they do charge you and your using Medicaid that also would be illegal, not sure what they do. Keep an eye on your bank account and probably ask your bank to stop payment to them if problems arise. Contact your insurance provider as them what if anything they've done. It will waste your time at the very least Be aware of your local state and fed. Laws and recourse.

Second review and countless phone calls and emails! Never received the decency of a response! Please everyone, there is no way to get a hold of them!!!!!!!!!

They claim they accept insurance but never run thru insurance. They charged me the copay. Luckily my card was damaged and had to be replaced so I have a new number and they can't charge. They are now billing me $78. I am going to contact my attorney General. I filled out questions but never saw, spoke to or heard from a doctor. Definitely a scam.
