Great company and good customer service! My husband and I tried a Helix Sunset mattress, it shipped quickly and was a good quality mattress, but sadly it didn't stand up to our weight, we'd sink in through the soft top and it'd feel like a firm mattress. We are both a bit bigger about, 220lbs and 280lb and got a queen. When we contacted customer service they did offer a free mattress topper to try, we did still end up returning it and it was a really easy process. They contacted a 3rd party that reached out to us and came and picked up the mattress then we just sent the pick up receipt and they issued the refund. Sad the mattress didn't end up working out, but grateful for the ease of the free return and the good customer service. Plus, with the returns they try to donate or resell the mattress so they don't just go to the dump!

The cooling feature on this mattress is what makes the difference. I sleep so well!!

We LOVE our Helix Moonlight Elite Not only does it come in 2 boxes - and being the bed and the other being several layers insert. We choose the zippered Elite version so we could upgrade or exchange the insert if needed plus the top is an amazing pillow top and cooling. We 1st got the Midnight which was too firm for us. Back sleepers and I weigh 130. Support was amazing and gracious and sent us Moonlight which was softer, during our 1st 120 day trial period.

I have tried 6 other boxed mattress competitors and they weren’t even close to the quality of helix. You gotta try it

We tried a Helix Twilight after failure of a competitor's product after only 18 months. We've been so satisfied that we have ordered three more mattresses from Helix for our vacation home. Shipping and install has been flawless. Highly recommend Helix.

5 stars for the comfort of the Helix Midnight Luxe. Perfect for my lower back pain. Great Fed Ex experience delievry. Return paperwork process has been quick and customer service was very helpful. Good communication all around for customer service. 3 stars as previously mentioned with the home delivery issues. We originally ordered a Helix Midnight queen-sized mattress. We paid for the home delivery and removal. The home delivery service does not provide flexible scheduling. Even though I attempted to change the provided delivery date in the application, the mattress delivery was placed on hold. I did not know this until I called to confirm the delivery date. When I tried to schedule another delivery date over the phone, I was told which day the mattress would be delivered. Since I work all day, I had to take time off for the afternoon delivery. The day of delivery the driver called me 2 hours early to state the company was at my house. Fortunately, I was able to leave work and lived close by. The men were quickly in and out. After a few days we realized we missed the pillow top and requested an upgraded version to the Midnight Luxe. This was processed quickly as it was within the trial period. We were first provided with the return service company information via email. The company notified us that we had to find our own donation partner unless we wanted the mattress to be disposed as they did not have a partner in the area. At this time we are in the process of waiting for the new mattress to be shipped via FedEx and are trying to locate someplace to take a very new mattress in order to receive our refund.

Quick and easy. And since mattresses are expensive now I really apprecaite Affirm helping me out with a payment plan.

Easy to view different options online. Easy ordering experience. I am hopeful that this was a worthwhile investment to improve my sleep because my current bed is uncomfortable.
