Hi-Viz Horrible Appearance. The hi- viz color is just horribly dirty. Additionally, nothing I’ve tried- that Helite recommended- helps whatsoever. The scuff marks from the seat, backrest, handling with gloves (?) seem to be permanently imbedded on the vest, both on the rear and front of the vest. Nothing seems to remove the dirt and scuff marks. A 2 year old vest looks like it’s 10 years old with no way to clean it to improve its looks. It’s an eyesore already!

Hi I think we may have previously responded to this, however we would still like to follow up. I noticed in your original correspondence over two years ago that the rep did not mention using something like Simple Green and a scrub brush for the vest. This works incredibly well! Please attempt to clean your vest in this fashion and follow up with me directly - [email protected] Thank you
