Customer service ignores you. Don’t buy from this fraudulent company plus their filters are garbage.

Customer service ignores you. I never received my filter! I placed my order almost 3 weeks ago! They don’t reply to your emails. Or, if they do, you have to wait for more than a couple of days for a follow up!!!! The few replies are vague and completely useless. Like “could you please contact the carrier?” ABSOLUTELY NO! I paid Helios not a random delivery carrier. That is literally the customer service job! Also, I explained that carrier flags the parcel as delivered but without proof of delivery picture. So contacting them from my side would be a waste of MY time!

Horrible customer service. I tried to edit/cancel my subscription multiple times. It’s been over a month and still not canceled. They continue to try and bill for refills.

I would not recommend this product nor company. I was not happy with the product and requested cancellation of my subscription - I have since been charged twice for subscriptions! They make it very difficult to contact anyone and impossible to cancel subscription - don't purchase from them!

Customer service is horrible. They don't have a customer service phone number and I have sent multiple emails attempting to end my subscription because they charge $30+ per every two months just for the replacements. Scam. Buy one from amazon, they're cheaper and work better. DO NOT purchase the subscription. filter works fine enough but nothing special and probably not worth the price.

The product didn't fit my faucet, while unfortunate it happens. For that reason, I tried to cancel my subscription with them. It took 6 months of trying, multiple emails to customer service, and several negative reviews highlighting my experience with their customer service team to finally get them to cancel my subscription. I wish I could give them zero or negative stars after this experience.

This company and it filters are totally useless! Don’t buy this product!!! The product they send you doesn’t fit and leaks. When you try to get a refund it is almost impossible. I actually did a dispute, and now I am opening another one because they tried to say I didn’t send the product back. I have the tracking number! I will wait patiently for my bank to respond in my favor. I sent everything that was sent by Helio’s . An Emily Hart told an untruth about being able to refund. Please don’t start a purchase with this scam of a company!

The shower head did not fit my sink and I’ve tried to cancel this subscription for months. They keep charging me even after they’ve said via email they will cancel and refund me. I just saw a charge for today. I will be contacting my credit card company. I looked at messages on their instagram page and other people are experiencing the same thing. Do not purchase this product.
