My experience with Helio Cure has been very nice so far. I purchased their Helio Nova panel on Christmas and I am very satisfied with it. Helio Nova is the best red light therapy panel and me and my husband both enjoy using it daily after our workouts. The best part is that it covers the whole body in just one session which saves us a lot of time.

I think Helio Nova is the best red light therapy panel. Compared it against several panels before buying and it stood out exceptionally well. My favorite part is to just choose a mode and let it work for my muscle recovery. I never had to contact their customer service but people says its good.

I was very satisfied with the purchase. The Product works exactly as advertised. I use it for lower back pain relief and have found it very helpful in loosening the muscles and feeling relaxed.

I found Helio Cure through Reddit and I must say that it was a smart decision to buy their red light therapy panel. I bought the Helio Glow which is the best red light therapy panel online. It has 6 wavelengths and I like the 1064nm especially. On top of this, the panel doesn't have blue light which is exactly what I was looking for.

Update: A representative, Dev, called me late in the evening when I was unavailable. He left a voicemail and sent an email with video links for installation. Like the manual, the video left out exactly the same critical information. I'm adding a star for the fact that someone reached out. 1 hr later: I finally figured it out on my own. And btw, after you pay your $4,999, be prepared to provide your own AA batteries for the remotes. (For their incredible stinginess, I'm deducting that star they almost earned back .) It says they don't provide them due to "shipping regulations" but that is total ridiculousness (and you know the actual word that belongs there). They are absolutely hiding behind a technicality to save themselves a few cents on a $4,999 machine. Here is the truth behind their "shipping restrictions" claim: The Real Rule: International shipping regulations (like IATA and DOT rules) only strictly regulate Lithium-ion batteries (the rechargeable kind in your phone or laptop) because they can overheat and cause fires. The Loophole: Standard alkaline AA or AAA batteries are perfectly legal to ship anywhere in the world, including on commercial airplanes, as long as they are sealed in retail packaging or packed inside the remote. Every cheap TV, streaming stick, and children's toy you buy online comes with them included. Helio Cure simply chose not to include them to shave a tiny fraction off their manufacturing costs, and then blamed "shipping restrictions" so they wouldn't look cheap. It is a terrible look for a luxury brand, especially after making me fight with their unhelpful manual for three days and adding insult to injury with their similarly flawed videos. ~~~~ I purchased the $5K Helio Nova with the electric stand and have been extremely disappointed with the assembly experience. The equipment itself appears to be well built, but the assembly manual is incomplete in a way that leaves the user at a complete standstill. The instructions show the lift column at one height in one step and several inches taller in the next, yet never explain how or when that change occurs. The omitted step is critical. The panel is extremely heavy, so it can only be mounted while the arm is at its lowest position. However, once mounted, the panel cannot rotate upright because it interferes with the base of the stand. The manual provides no explanation for resolving this problem. I spent a considerable amount of time trying to determine whether I had missed something, only to conclude that the instructions themselves are incomplete. To make matters worse, there is no weekend technical support, so customers assembling a premium product on a weekend are left with no way to obtain the missing information. For a product in this price range, I expected documentation that had actually been tested by someone assembling the unit for the first time. At the moment, I have an expensive light that I cannot finish assembling because of a missing step in the instructions. I hope Helio resolves this quickly, and if they do, I'll gladly update this review. But my experience so far has been frustrating and disappointing.

I have a home gym and bought this to complete the recovery setup. It's honestly the best investment my muscles recover faster and I don't feel as sore after lifting.

Helio Cure panels are what I call dependable red light therapy devices for home. One thing I will say that the near-infrared in the panels is intense. I always wear the googgles when I'm doing face sessions. That's just part of the routine now. Overall, Helio cure red light therapy panel feels sturdy, don't buzz or spark or get sketchy-hot, and I'm comfortable having it that close to my body.
