Very Disappointing
I ordered a copper ankle bracelet and toe ring. Unfortunately, the ankle bracelet is 8.5 inches long and does not fit (a typical female adult ankle bracelet is 9-10 inches long). There was no measurement provided in the listing, so no way to know that. It's too big to serve as a wrist bracelet, so it's essentially a useless piece of metal (not copper as confirmed by a magnet). The supposedly copper toe ring appears to be brass. Upon contacting the company to initiate a return/refund, they requested a photo and subsequently informed me that they were unable to offer larger size for the anklet as it is one fixed size only. They indicated if I wanted to return it, shipping is on me but alternatively, to save the cost and hassle of a return, they were "happy" to offer a 20% partial refund if I decide to keep the anklet (i.e., the useless piece of metal). Their refund policy does state (when you dig for it) return shipping is the responsibility of the customer "unless the item is faulty or incorrect", which in my opinion, it is. They are still "checking into" the toe ring (checking what, is not clear). I was hoping the positive reviews here were actually the case, unfortunately, that was not my experience.
