Servizio più che pessimo non vi abbonate. Immagini a scatti con 5g fastweb, visione psichedelica.. App per Samsung mai rilasciata...voto 000----

Truffatori , evitate il loro servizio se non volete farvi rubare i soldi dal account senza utilizzare nessun loro servizio

Vergognoso helbiz live. A scatti sul pc. Mai arrivata la app per Samsung, malgrado falsamente assicurassero da mesi l'arrivo di settimana in settimana.

Dopo la puntata di Report, che voto dareste???

Helbiz without my conses (I even had the app not installed anymore on my phone) decided to use my credit card for their premium plans. When I discovered it, they escalated quickly my issue and in the same time deleted everything about me from their platform (so that I cannot anymore evidences). They refund me later on, and parmented banned from their systems without any notification from them. I asked for clarification about the (evident illegal) use of my data to assistence, they only told me that was a my fault and if had more questions they were going to denounce me.

Servizio pessimo, azienda vomitevole

Pessimo servizio. È praticamente impossibile trovare aree di sosta. Ti continuano ad addebitare il costo della corsa fino a quando il veicolo non viene parcheggiato nell' area di sosta . Poiché l' area di sosta non è indicata da nessuna parte , ti costringono ad utilizzarlo per ore addebitando illegittimamente il costo.
