What are you doing? I have closed a contact and you have promptly put me on hold. Until you are unlocked (supposedly 24 hours), the contact is lost. Recommend this site? Never do it! Totally annoying!

admin is very bad, never get back to you and have put my account on hold for 24 hrs to review it has been more than 2 4hrs and. I have send numerous messaged but nothing heard from them, it is too stressful and thinking it's better not to register urself these as it will cause u lots of stress

I recently joined today and was surprised to find that the website I logged into is fake. It's not a genuine site based on my experience. I signed up using a different Gmail account because I don't trust websites that collect information for scams. Be cautious and never sign up with your real email address or mobile number, as these are all fraudulent.

When creating the profile they asked me what madhab I follow. I did not see that information in my profile. So if that detail is not for other users than its obvious who its for. Secondly, like everyone else, my account is on hold. So very suspicious. You take info then you suspend account. This is not a matrimonial site-its a data gathering scam site. Lastly, the Name "hela (hel)"is the name of a mythical norse goddess of death. Why? Why would a matrimonial site be named that?

I signed up with website and uploaded all required my personal data and photos, and then started sending messages to other members but suddenly my account is blocked without any reasons and without any explanation from this website. This website is free to sign up but after collecting your personal information they block you. So be careful from this kind of websites they going to misuse your personal information for different purposes to get money. Don't ever believe any website providing Free services. I strongly recommend stay away from this website!!!

I hate you why would you hold my account for no reason after sending someone massage and than you hold my account so if someone can't send massages how would we get know each other stupid web

They have zero customer service, don't respect their users not even bother to respond to issues/concerns or complaints. I'm having s technical issue with my account, I have contacted them 3 times for the last 2 weeks, I got a message saying someone will response in 24 hrs, but it is untrue. Hate them and wish there is less than 1 to rank 😒

I joined the website in order to look for a partner after communicating to a few users. The admin closed my account without any warning or notice. These people i consider to be very unprofessional and careless. If your looking for a partner never use this website.
